- Threaded handle adapter or aluminum handle (not pictured)

Aluminum Strip Installation:

1. Loose

n nuts (do not remove) on head

assembly.

2. Center he

ad assembly on spline so there is equal distance from

head

mbly to each end of

spline.

sh and head assembly to desired angle for applicatio

ts being

careful not to over tighten.

Gusset Brace Instructions:

1. Slide slotted han

dle or threaded handle adapter over the center

hole on

the aluminum frame.

2. Position one gu

sset on bottom of handle/adapter, as shown, and

the other

gusset on top of the han

dle/ada

pter.

3. Insert the two lon

gest bolts through the top gusset, the handle/a

dapter,

and the bo

ttom gusset. Insert the two shortest bolts through the

two

remainin

g holes

Start all loc nuts on bolts. Use wrenches to tighten, being careful no

t to

over tighten. Over tighteni

ng hardware may result in crushing the handl

thereby compromising its strength.
