Assembly Instructions – Wrap-Around Bracing

Parts Shipped with Unit:

-Head with bristles

-Aluminum handle with vinyl grip (not shown)

-Wrap-around braces (set of 2)

-Bolt bag

Assembly Instructions for Handle:

Slide slotted end of handle onto aluminum

head.

Align holes and insert medium sized bolt.

Do not tighten until all

hard

ware is

in place.

Wrap-Around Brace Instructions:

Align holes of wrap-around end of braces with the handle and inse

the longe

st bo

lt.

Align holes of flat end of braces with holes on head as

sembly, as

sho

wn, and insert the two shortest bolts

Start all loc nuts on bolts. Use wrenches

to tighten, being careful

not to over-tig

hten. Over-tightening may result in crus

hing the

handl

e, thereby compromising its streng

th.

Assembly Instructions for Brush Replacement:

On one end of broom head

, remove the two screws

and en

d cap.

Holding broom securely, pull out each row of bristles.

NOTE: This may require some effort, as bristles

are tight.

Make sure bristle channel(s) are cl

ean.

Slide replacement bristle(s) into channel. Light

tapping with a hammer may be required.
